How Voora subscriptions work
When you choose "Subscribe & save", you agree to receive Voora automatically and to be charged the subscription price shown at checkout on a recurring basis until you cancel. Depending on the plan you select, your order is billed and shipped:
- 1 Month Supply: every 25 days
- 2 Month Supply: every 50 days
- 3 Month Supply: every 75 days
Your first order is charged at checkout. Each following order is charged automatically to the payment method you used, on the next billing date.

Skip, change or cancel anytime
There is no minimum commitment. You can skip a delivery, change your delivery date or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account, or by emailing hey@tryvoora.co. Changes and cancellations must be made before your next billing date to apply to that order. Orders that have already been charged and processed cannot be cancelled.
Price changes
If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you by email before your next billing date. You can cancel at any time before the new price applies.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. If the payment still can't be processed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
