Our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to give Voora a real chance to work. That's why our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to subscription purchases only and works as follows:
- Take Voora for 55 days in a row. Take Voora every day, as directed on the label, for 55 consecutive days counted from the delivery date of your first subscription order.
- Request your refund between day 55 and day 60. If you're not satisfied, email us between day 55 and day 60 after the delivery date (as shown by the carrier's tracking information).
- Get your money back. Once your request is approved, we refund the purchase price of your first subscription order to your original payment method.
Important conditions
- The guarantee applies to subscription purchases only. One-time purchases are not covered by the 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.
- The guarantee can only be claimed between day 55 and day 60 after the delivery date.
- If a guarantee request is made before day 55, we cannot confirm that the directions for use were followed for the full period. In that case, the guarantee no longer applies to that customer.
- Requests received after day 60 are not eligible.
How to claim the guarantee
Email hey@tryvoora.co with the subject line "60-Day Guarantee" and include your order number and the email address used for the order. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email hey@tryvoora.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Cancelling your subscription
You can skip or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. See our Subscription Policy for details.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply in your country.
